Done Vida

Youth group was talking about donations and was giving out these bracelets. They say "Donate Life" on one side. Then on the other, they say "Done Vida" which is "Donate Life" in Spanish. I have worn it everyday since I got it on November 15th, 2011. The reason I wear it is because when I was a baby, I needed to get a heart operation. In order for the heart operation to be successful, someone needed to donate blood to me or I would die in surgery. My grandpa, who died July 24, 2011, was the only one who could donate blood to me. My mom just gave birth to me. And my dad was on medicine. So, he donated blood to me. And now I'm alive. Thank you Pop Pop.
